Dr. Sunita Hooda

Dr. Sunita Hooda (Associate Professor) is the senior- most faculty in the college with specialization in physical chemistry. She is a passionate researcher having successfully completed two UGC and one DST funded research projects, has around 50 research publications in international/national journals besides acclaimed presentations in international/national conferences.  She has authored books for school and college students and has been actively involved in up gradation of Chemistry content in NCERT textbook.  She has been granted independent supervision of Ph.D. students by University of Delhi. Recently she has been awarded the ‘Meritorious Teacher Award’ by Smt. Sheila Dixit Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi.

My research area of interest is "NMR of Polymers and Polymeric Ion Selective sensors". Area of specialization is "Physical Chemistry".
