Placement Cell at Acharya Narendra Dev College has emerged as a facilitator for students, aspiring not only to get jobs but also to improve their skills to meet the current requirements in corporate world. This year also, placement cell has offered various job opportunities to students in companies like Wipro Technologies, Satyam Computers, Ernest & Young, Module One, Genpact, HDFC, V-Serve & Ranbaxy etc. Companies like iGATE, Wipro Infotech Ltd., Royal Bank of Scotland, Dell BPO, APLAB Ltd., Apex Laboratories, Nestor, Comcon India, RNIS Pvt. Ltd are in pipeline for campus recruitment. Over 150 students got registered with the placement cell this year. Placement Cell is providing its services to the pass out students as well. Focusing on the grooming of students to enable them achieve their objective, several career counselling seminars & skill development sessions were offered to students. Series of such sessions were organized including, Personal skills development by Hero Mindmine, GD, Interview & CV preparation by Roots Education and PT Education, Opportunities in Aviation industry by TransAsia Aviation, World of Animation by Animaster.

Placement Cell is organizing centralized Campus Recruitment for WIMS-2009 programme of WIPRO Infotech Ltd. & another for Dell BPO in which students from DU, GGSIPU and other institutes in Delhi NCR will participate.

Placement Cell has also coordinated with the newly established Central Placement cell of university for which 77 students submitted their registration.
