Fulbright Award 2018

Dr. Mamta Bhatia, Associate Professor, Department of Physics, received Fulbright Nehru award for the academic year 2017-2018 under the category "Academic and Professional Excellence". Her Fulbright project is about employment opportunities for STEM students and she was engaged with skill based course development for Material Science and Nanomaterials manufacturing industry. Dr. Bhatia has another Fulbright award to her credit, received in 2014 for International Education Administrator's seminar, whereby she had visited several community colleges in the United States and had the opportunity to learn about successful models of higher education framework.
