Teaching Learning Process

Engagement in education refers to the level of attention, curiosity, interest, optimism, and passion displayed by students, serving as indicators of their learning progress. To ensure a continuous focus on academic excellence, innovative pedagogical methods are employed, encompassing diverse approaches to the teaching-learning process. These approaches include interactive classroom lectures, active learning through assignments, open discussions, and audio- visual presentations.

To adapt to the changing times, various strategies are implemented, such as organizing seminars, workshops, project-based learning, substantial laboratory experiments, and technology-enabled learning. Field work and educational online resources are utilized to complement traditional teaching methods. Additionally, open-ended project work, games, quizzes, and technology- enabled learning platforms are promoted to foster a vibrant and conducive learning environment, nurturing students' reasoning and problem-solving skills.

The unforeseen nationwide lockdown in 2020 necessitated a transition from conventional classroom teaching to online education, facilitated through various e-platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Google Classroom played a crucial role in digitally sharing educational content, while Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and virtual labs provided interactive user forums to engage learners and support the achievement of desired learning outcomes.
