TRAINING, LEARNING AND PLACEMENT CELL

The ongoing third decade of 21st century is full of many challenges and new unknown vibrant opportunities across different dimensions of society and organization. This gave birth to a new world which is full of Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA). How to overcome from such new VUCA world has become a new unsolved puzzle for people working in different dimensions of society. So far skilling, upskilling and reskilling has become the proven artilleries to combat over prevailing uncertainties and grabbing new unknown opportunities. In this direction, the role of placement cell has become immensely important for constantly equipping students. Having such vision in mind, the Department of Commerce has inaugurated a new cell, namely, Training, Learning and Placement Cell on 28th February, 2021. With the objective of preparing students to compete in VUCA World, the Cell has organized an interactive lecture on 9th October and will continue with such more interactions so that skills imparting exercise could be successfully conducted among the students.
